As Principal of Sky Crossing Elementary, Mr. Caudle leads with a strong focus on fostering a positive and innovative learning environment. He collaborates with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure academic excellence, student well-being, and a kind and empathetic school culture, where every student is encouraged to thrive.

Mr. Caudle's journey in PVSchools began at Desert Shadows Elementary, where they achieved the designation of an A+ School of Excellence by the Arizona Educational Foundation. Now, as the Principal at Sky Crossing Elementary, his dedication is focused on continuing to provide top-quality education within PVSchools.

Prior to joining PVSchools, Mr. Caudle took on significant leadership roles within the Scottsdale Unified School District. He served as a principal at both elementary and middle school levels, earning recognition as a Rodel Exemplary Principal during his tenure.

Mr. Caudle earned a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Wyoming. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Administration from the University of Phoenix.
